Terms and Conditions

You and/or the above named customer understands that all charges are assessed from Wathon Limouisne Service. All unpaid deposits and balances are authorized by the credit card holder. All charter reservations require a non refundable one-third deposit. If this reservation is cancelled 72 hours or less prior to pickup time, the total amount will be charged.

DAMAGES: You are fully responsible for the repair and/or replacement of any damage to this vehicle that you or any member of your party creates. You are fully responsible for any vomiting on or in the limousine, and you are liable to pay a minimum charge of $300.00. All limousines are strictly NON-SMOKING and Wathon Limouisne Service is not responsible for items left in the vehicle at any time.

MAINTENANCE :Due to the structural engineering of the limousines, if any breakdown occurs, the customer is subject to down time only. Wathon Limouisne Service reserves the right to substitute a Limousine for another vehicle or another size car.Wathon Limouisne Service will not be responsible for delays due to heavy traffic, accidents, or any act of mother nature.
